Welcome to WCAC

This blog will document the workouts and the philosophy of the West Crichton Athletic Club(WCAC) We will post our daily workouts, which are currently 6 days a week. Usually at 5:30 am on weekdays and 6:00 am on Saturdays. What we do is basically interval weight training with innovative ideas some borrowed and some of our own. Stay tuned.
